Nabil Arbaain is a master oud player from Damascus. Matthias Haffner is a drummer based in Berlin. By playing together, Nabil and Matthias want to oppose the terror in Syria. Their music is therapeutic. It makes the experience of that hell more bearable, unites people without words and moves them to another borderless dimension. It gives hope for peace and creative coexistence. The duo will play their own compositions and traditional Syrian music.
